You don’t have to focus on choosing one particular diet. You just need to follow a few simple rules. In the summer, base your diet on fruits and vegetables. Instead of unhealthy snacks, eat a handful of raspberries or strawberries. Swap sausage for grilled zucchini at your Sunday barbecue. Drink fruit smoothies, which can become a healthy substitute for one of your daily meals. Eat frozen watermelon instead of ice cream. Limit fatty and hot dishes in favor of light salads and soups such as cooler. Give up sweet juices and drink plenty of water – this will hydrate your body and you will not provide yourself with extra calories. Remember that diet is not everything. You should also take care about physical activity. Just remember that it is best to go for a walk or bike ride already in the evening, when temperatures are definitely more conducive to exercise
