In just a moment in the stores, in our plots and gardens appear sweet, juicy strawberries. And everyone knows that strawberries taste sensational with chocolate. Here is an idea for a sweet dish, which hot will be a delicious breakfast, and served cold will turn into a healthy dessert.
Chocolate pancakes with strawberry mousse
- 60 g wheat flour
- spoon of cocoa
- tbsp xylitol or other sweetener
- teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- approx. 150 ml milk (can be plant-based)
- approx. 15 g melted butter
- 250 g strawberries
- vanilla skyr type cheese
Put dry ingredients into a bowl, then add milk and egg and mix until smooth. Pour in melted butter and mix again. Put the batter in the fridge for about 10 minutes. After this time fry the pancakes, on both sides for about 2 minutes.
Peel and blend the strawberries. Optionally you can add a teaspoon of sweetener if you like. Spread the fried and slightly cooled pancakes with the cheese and roll them up. Pour the strawberry mousse over the top. On top you can sprinkle with grated chocolate.
